We've been using Bird Pickup & Delivery for our florist business, The Flower House, and it's been a fantastic solution for managing our local deliveries and customer collections.
Our website uses a custom Shopify Hydrogen storefront, so our setup is a little more complex than a typical Shopify store. Throughout the integration process, the Bird support team have been absolutely brilliant.
What really stands out is how knowledgeable, responsive and willing to help they are. We recently encountered a tricky checkout issue, and rather than just providing generic advice, the team took the time to understand our setup, review the technical findings and help us identify exactly what needed changing.
