We moved off another checkout platform and had to rebuild our entire post-purchase funnel from scratch, including a monthly-to-quarterly subscription upgrade running on Loop. Not the simplest setup, and we hit a few walls figuring out which feature actually did what we needed.
Sasha on support was outstanding. She walked through every option with us, flagged where her own earlier answer had been wrong instead of letting us run with it, and kept digging until we had a setup that genuinely works. That kind of honesty saves a lot of wasted hours, and it's rarer than it should be.
The app itself does what it promises: one-click offers, solid targeting, and the subscription upgrade flow is exactly what we were looking for. Happy we switched.
