Installed Manifest chat bot prior to install of Bik helpdesk. While there were some initial hurdles with the responses, the team worked with us to improve and we have been refining Manifest. Responses have been improved and we have seen a reduction in ticket generation as the chat bot handles more of the day to day customer inquiries.
They are extremely unprofessional and fraudulent.
They unboarded us after we signed the contract and finalised the commercials, and after 1 week of making the payment and completing the migration, they denied us the services.
