App is easy to use and has many options, even at the Starter level (only gets better as you grow). Best part is the fantastic customer service - very prompt response, patiently answered all my questions, and worked with me to figure out how to achieve the specific things I was looking for (including some out-of-the-box thinking). I've been using this app for subscriptions for a few months and I'm honestly blown away by the level of support offered by the team here. Nothing is any trouble for them - from set up, to ongoing / ad hoc questions I have, they are incredibly responsive and provide very detailed instructions (along with helpful screenshots - ideal for a technophobe like me). I also really appreciate their willingness to work with smaller stores like mine. The app was easy to set up and they offered plenty of help with this.
