On one hand, this app is a godsend for small brands looking to sell internationally to individual customers. It handles all the tax and duty calculations, giving certainty and convenience to our customers. On the other hand, they have lost two high value parcels of ours within just a few months. Customer service is usually quick and helpful, and the help during set up is excellent. However, I am still waiting on an answer to a question about the claims process that I asked many weeks ago.

I converted nearly our entire EU & US order stream to Teleship from a mix of Parcel2Go, Easyship and Royal Mail directly. Antoine and his team have been extremely receptive to fixing any issues and taking in our feedback, chasing any problems that are inevitable with shipping internationally and making the experience a pleasant one.

Antoine and the team have been so helpful with any questions or support needed on topics that can often be very overwhelming! They completed a full audit to ensure everything was set up correctly and pointed out any gaps found which was hugely appreciated. The service they offer along with the quick and supportive team makes the whole shipping process so much easier!
