Wanted to change the stock indicator colors to match our brand. Support showed me the full color customization panel — I replaced the default green/amber/red with our brand blue/purple/gray. The widget now feels native to our site. Every color, including the text on colored backgrounds, is adjustable.

Channel-specific inventory reservation wasn't built in but support helped me configure a buffer system. I set aside 20% of each product's stock as 'online reserved', and the widget shows the remaining 80% as available for in-store. Not a true reservation but an effective approximation. They acknowledged the limitation while providing a workable solution.
