We’ve recently launched a complete rebuild as Pick & Pack Wizard, and we’re actively developing and supporting it. You can reach us at hello@crisp.lv. We now reply within 24 hours, usually much sooner.

Picking List Wizard is just what we need, it works very well. It would be great if the picking list could be generated from the Shopify orders view, through the More actions button.
I couldn't make this app actually work - my unfulfilled orders did not show up at all. Not sure why.
I’m sorry your first experience with the app was disappointing.
There’s a very different version available now. We’ve rebuilt the picking workflow and added packing checks, barcode scanning and phone camera scanning.
