After working through the initial issues with the developer, I can now say that the app does what I need it to do.
The developer has been very responsive to my feedback and has actively fixed the problems I encountered, including export columns, templates, filters, advanced options, and server management.
What I especially appreciate is the willingness to work together with the customer to identify problems and get the functionality working properly. The developer is open to feedback and actually uses it to improve the app.
The app is now working as expected for my use case, and I’m happy with the progress.
If you encounter an issue, I would recommend contacting the developer directly. They are willing to work with you and help configure and improve the functionality so that it works properly for your particular needs.

Thank you for the detail. The export failures and the FTP upload were real bugs on our end, and both are fixed, along with the template saving. You also caught us mid-deployment, which made things worse than they already were.
One correction: saved servers could always be edited, password included, but only from the server management page. That's a fair thing to miss, so editing now sits in the settings overview too.
On support: your message never reached me, and I only found out about all this from your review.
