Guests shouldn't need a paid plan just to use a basic forum. Locking standard guest access behind an upgrade is the wrong model — a forum visitors can actually use should be table stakes, not a Premium feature.

We’d like to clarify that guest participation is available on all plans, including our completely free plan, with no upgrade required. This feature is currently disabled by default, but merchants can easily enable it through the app’s admin settings.
We understand how this may have caused confusion, and your feedback has highlighted an important area for improvement. To make the experience more intuitive, we’ll be updating Forum Innovate to enable guest participation by default across all plans, while still giving merchants full control over this setting.
