B2B Onboard has solved more real operational pain points for us than any other Shopify B2B app we've tried. What sets Mentilead apart isn't just the feature set — it's that they clearly understand operations and process, not just software. The devil is always in the details with B2B (address handling, tax/VAT rules, tagging, metafields at approval), and it shows that this team has actually sat with those details rather than shipped a generic signup form that only scratches the surface of what B2B onboarding actually requires.
What impressed us most is how responsive they've been to feedback. Every issue we raised, from validation bugs to workflow gaps, was investigated and fixed within days, often faster. Several features we asked for because they were missing from our daily operations were built and shipped shortly after.
