Na EasyFinder een aantal maanden gebruikt te hebben merken we dat de prestatie en support top is en het product steeds completer wordt met de tijd. Als ik ergens tegenaan loop, wordt er snel iets mee gedaan. Laatst is gebruiker training toegevoegd (waardoor onze zoekbalk leert van het gedrag van onze klanten) en dat merken we echt in onze conversiecijfers, bovenop de impact die de zoekbalk bij ons al had. Sinds kort gebruik ik ook de recommendations module, en ook daar merk ik vooruitgang.
Als ik iets moet verzinnen wat naar mijn idee nog beter kan dan is het de gebruiker learning op meer plekken toepassen omdat we merken dat dat impact maakt bij ons. De gerelateerde producten en upsells die er laatst bij zijn gekomen zijn daar al een goed voorbeeld van, dus een echt probleem is het niet maar hoe meer hoe beter. Door die leerfunctie op meer plekken te gebruiken kan Easyfinder nog meer impact maken op de performance en gebruiksvriendelijkheid van onze webshop. Tot nu toe het meest complete product dat we hebben getest op dit vlak.
