Sehr hilfreiche App und hervorragender Support

Wir nutzen Konforma zur Umsetzung der neuen gesetzlichen Anforderungen in unserem Shopify-Shop. Gerade bei einem Shop mit physischen und digitalen Produkten gibt es einige Besonderheiten – Konforma hat alle Problemchen, die es dabei gab, großartig für uns gelöst.

Besonders positiv ist der Support: Das Team antwortet sehr zeitnah, geht konkret auf die jeweilige Situation ein und hat bisher immer eine praktische Lösung gefunden. Notwendige Anpassungen an der App wurden sogar kurzfristig umgesetzt, sodass die Darstellung mit unserem Shop und unseren unterschiedlichen Produktarten funktioniert.

Da wir das Label lieber im Warenkorb als auf Produktebene einbinden wollen, optimieren wir aktuell gemeinsam mit Konforma noch die Einbindung im Mini-Cart unseres Themes, aber auch hier sind wir aufgrund der bisherigen Erfahrungen sehr zuversichtlich. Eine hilfreiche App mit einem wirklich engagierten und lösungsorientierten Team dahinter.

Generell funktioniert es auf Produktebene und von der technischen Seite im Warenkorb, dass das Label bei physischen Produkten angezeigt wird und ausgeblendet wird, wenn nur digitale Produkte im Warenkorb liegen.
