I almost gave up on using this app due to my own misunderstanding of how to use some of the features I installed it for. However i gave it one last chance with a scheduled call with Pravin and he was so kind and informative and helped me through all my questions. We are using the app to power GWP gift card. It's great to know that they are supporting both Shopify and Bigcommerce (another brand we have) -- it comes in handy that we don't have to learn how it works. We can also set the gift card trigger flow directly from the app which gives much flexibility.
