We installed this app after we were hit with a lawsuit. It was our understanding that the Accessibe widget would ensure that handicap users would easily be able to navigate our website. That's why we were quite surprised to be hit with a second lawsuit soon after as there were minor bugs on our website that the widget did not catch. Apparently, we were not well-educated as to what the app can do a...

Setup was straightforward, and the widget has been a valueable addition to our Shopify store. HIghly recommend it for anyone looking for an easy to use website accessibility solution.

— Lotioncrafter

Accessibe has been great for our website and helping it to be ADA Complaint and accessible for our customers. Customer service has always been responsive to my questions and then on boarding process was simple & educational. Thank you Accessibe team!

— The Little Milk Bar

Super easy to install and setup, well worth it to make sure everything is setup correctly.

— Tag Aloha Co.

We are absolutely thrilled with our experience using accessiBe. This app has exceeded all our expectations in every way possible. Very easy to set up the integration and onboard. The support team is simply outstanding, providing immediate responsive and fantastic assistance whenever we need it. Their litigation support team is beyond excellent, offering unparalleled expertise and dedication. The...

Great customer service. Pricing is fair. Implementation could not have been easier.

Expecting a comprehensive accessibility solution, I was let down by accessiBe's accessWidget. Although touted as easy to use and install, the actual functionality leaves much to be desired. The AI seems to miss critical elements that affect ADA and WCAG compliance, putting my business at risk. Moreover, the promised "no extra work, resources, or expenses" turned out to be false, as I had to hire a...

I installed accessiBe's accessWidget hoping it would simplify ADA compliance for my Shopify store, but it's been nothing but a headache. The widget claims to be AI-driven, yet the adjustments for screen readers and keyboard navigation are barely noticeable, causing frustration among users who rely on these tools. It's also supposed to be customizable, but the options are so limited that they don't...

For anyone looking for a simple solution to getting your store accessible i would highly recommend accessibe. It takes a minute to set up and the team is there for you if you have any questions or need any help, as well as knowledgeable in this confusing area of online accessibility .

— Emporio

I recently installed accessiBe's accessbility Shopify app on my store, and wow, was it a breeze! Literally took me just 2 minutes to get it up and running. I was genuinely impressed by the customization options available – it's like they've thought of everything to make your store not just accessible but also uniquely yours. I'm thrilled to say my store is now up to the highest accessibility stand...

— SUNSHINE

Great App! We researched multiple options and there's a reason that accessiBe is at the top of the rankings. Easy to install, easy to use, easy to customize, and takes all of the headaches out of ensuring our site is ADA Compliant. 10/10 highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with accessiBe and, in particular, the way my billing and refund request was handled. I installed the accessiBe widget on my Shopify store and within approximately 10 minutes realised that the pricing was being charged in USD, which was not what I had expected. I immediately contacted accessiBe for clarification and was specifically told to deactivat...

— Gypsy And Wolf

Beyond the fact that the app dramatically slowed down our website, to the point that it needed to be uninstalled, the company continues to misrepresent the legal coverage that its services provide to a website that uses it. They were forced to pay a $1,000,000 fine in 2025 to the US Federal Trade Commission due, and this is directly from the FTC's website, "to settle allegations that it misrepre...

I feel I need to warn other owner about this., I reached out for help because I was worried about getting scammed rarely i dive deep in terms but this timeno choice, its for legal purpose app, and i found that they reserve their right to upgrade your plan themselves, in their terms within 7 days, to their sole discretion!!! Talk about a one-way scam picking in your wallet (and not cheap eithe); th...

— Cosmic Illumination

I set it up on a test URL then changed my URL for launch and they're saying I have to buy an additional plan for $50 for the new URL and can't use the one I already paid $50 for.

— TIVVI

Unfortunately the footnote on this app makes it clear they only provide litigation support once you're served. We were not formally served yet but were approached by accessibility lawyers. There's a big banner that advertises it and this is false, once you read their terms and conditions.

— Special Jewelry

Seems to work pretty good but I still have issues that are not being resolved I have contacted support numerous times. At first they said to be patient that it takes a couple of days to fully relive the issues. But 4 days later still not working and now I’m being told there is a glitch. I was told to be patient again and that tech are working on it and they would contact me when it’s resolved. It...

i got a lot of help from many persons but no one can help with my error, and then my trial was removed before I can use it for one moment, and then i was told my site was remov ed from being accessibe. I write to support 4-5 emails but no lock. Daniel Cotler said he would help me but the error is still there. someone called josh zak closed my question as soon as I asked it, not sure if this was a...
