Customers use your branded portal to request a refund or exchange for anything in your store, with price differences settled automatically. Every request gets an AI read from Claude (Anthropic): approve, reject, or escalate, with fraud signals like wardrobing and serial-returner patterns explained in plain English before you refund. Auto-approve is opt-in and threshold-gated, every decision is audit-logged, and you can override any call in one click. Return labels (EasyPost/Shippo) are US-only.
