Great App + Best support Yes it takes some work in the initial set-up but it's been absolutely worth it for my store. Also, the Aris Support Team are excellent: never had to wait long for answers, help, advice... they've even looked into an issue I thought was coming from their App, they found it wasn't theirs but made suggestions on how to resolve it anyway.

Once you get the hang of it and how it all works its Fantastic! I struggled to begin with but Judy from support answered every single question I had during live chat (and there was A LOT of questions) and we had my store running as it should be in no time!

Had some problems with the live preview of the product personalisation tool. Got a very quick reply from customer support who is now investigating it. so far I'm happy with the support and I'm 100% sure they'll be able to fix the problem.

Its best add on Option For Shopify , apart from that there support is quite cooperative if you are facing any issue just get in touch and they will do it for you . just loved it , highly recommended
