Only been using this for two weeks but I can already see exactly what's happening in the cart in real time. What pushed me to leave a review this early is the support. Had a question about how a metric was calculated and got a real answer from someone who clearly knew the product, not a copy-pasted or ai generated response.

Oliver has been wonderful! He reached out when he noticed I'd cancelled my subscription (due to my previous trial not showing the specific data I was looking for) to let me know they'd improved on this since. Very grateful for him looking out for us and can't wait to see the new features!

So far I like it. The only thing I don't really like is that it adds in person sales as orders. I wanted to see what was added to the online carts but we also have a brick and mortar store front. I was hoping the "order" count would just be for online sales.
