I'm not a tech person so this has been a challenge to install. However, be patient with yourself as you try to learn and persist in reaching out to their customer support. It's taken a bit of work... but the amount of work Channable will save me setting up new puzzles on Amazon will be such a relief! Thanks to the developers and to Andrew in customer support for his patient support.

Channable zelf helpt je echt heel goed op weg om je eerste marktplaats kanaal op te zetten en met vragen hoef je niet lang te blijven zitten want die worden snel beantwoord. Wij vinden het prettig werken met Channable! En willen in het bijzonder ons dank uiten aan Saskia Hoekstra en Jesse Franken! Zij waren erg toegankelijk en hebben ons goed begeleid met de integratie van Zalando. What an amazing app! Best I found in the Shopify ecosystem to create a catalog feed for Google Shopping and Facebook/IG. Super easy to use and learn, and automates any data change I need for GS and FB. The support has also been quick and courteous. 100% recommend over the free plugins!

Solid application when it work but rather expensive. Feeds sometimes stop working and it takes them days to react to our messages. There‘s no proactive monitoring from their side. The damages are huge when feeds don‘t work for 48 hours because prices and quantities are not updated on markerplaces. The support is way too bad for the amount they charge for the subscription.

I tried to set this app up to sync my orders with different marketplaces, mainly idealo. In order to actually do the sync for orders you need to pay first, which I did and it just didn't work. Apparently channable has not upgraded their API with Idealo (according to Idealo they refuse to..?). Their support is super slow, takes around 3 days to get a reply, asked for my money back, never got a repl...

One of the worst customer support I have ever experienced. I asked them more than 10 questions about integrations, only 2 replies I have got back. Their articles and courses don't cover all the situations. So if you will have questions or problems with this app don't expect to get help from them.
