Ich hatte ein Problem mit der App (das Cookie Banner wurde auf jeder Seite erneut angezeigt), aber der Support hat mir zügig geantwortet und mir direkt angeboten mit Zugang zu meinem Shop das Problem im Backend zu lösen - gesagt, getan, verlief reibungslos und jetzt klappt das Cookie Banner einwandfrei! Danke Sahar :)

Support is not very helpful, and we as customers have to fix the problems caused by the update from the Complianz team. That's pretty bold. Since the switch to "Complianz" we do have a lot of problems with this app. E.g. on mobile devices (tested on Google Pixel 7A, Android 16) the banner pops up on every page we open. Test many different browsers (Chrome, FF, Opera, Brave). That essentially makes it impossible to browse our site or buy something! Never had any problems with the "old" version of the app!
