They repeatedly urge you to speak with a sales representative over the phone before attempting to resolve issues through chat support. Support is slow and seems designed to frustrate you, encouraging you to switch to a call with their sales team. Avoid this app; it feels like a call center nightmare.

Booked an appointment and did not call so we called them and when asked a simple question they said have to speak to another person another day as he did not know how to use the system he just sold it.Then they called back and told me to go elsewhere and delete there system so avoid these system unless you wish to waste time.
