Constant Contact App overwrites my customer last name field with strings of numbers every time it syncs. This makes it very difficult to look up customers during checkout. I have reached out to support but they haven't gotten back to me. I need this bug fixed.

We have used Constant Contact in the past and on other sites with no problem. Because we had not mailed our list in a while they asked us to call for an account review. They do not answer the phone - ever. Have held for hours, asked for callbacks, tried to solve through chat. They won't even let us cancel our account without talking to someone.
