CounterConnect is a customer sign-in screen for Shopify POS that captures customers before checkout. Shoppers enter their phone or email on a customer-facing display and are instantly attached to the cart. Customers can add missing contact info during checkout, with duplicate profiles merged automatically to keep customer data clean. CounterConnect speeds up checkout, reduces staff input, powers loyalty and marketing tools, and can run alongside or replace CustomerView.
