I can't seem to cancel a paid plan of this app- and it's not only the most unuser-friendly app, can only upload 1 manual photo to gallery, and it's impossible to get support cuz their button doesn't work; they also intentionally made it impossible for customers to cancel subscription

Constantly shows broken links. They do this strategically on the free plan as a way to force you to pay. There are plenty of better Instagram feed options.

Constantly undisplays Instagram photos and displays as a broken link. This issue happens with the free plan but have been told by support that it doesn't happen with the paid plan (clearly a way to encourage people to upgrade). Would not recommend.

I use the free version but it fails so many times. Every other time it only shows the instagram text, not the images. I need to update it again and than it works again. But it should do that automatically....

I needed an app to create a gallery with my own uploaded photos, but the free trial only allows you to connect to an instagram account for your gallery photos, which doesn't help me at all to see if this plan will work for me, not only that but its a bit shady this company expects me to shell out my Instagram information before I even know if this product will work for me. This application slowed my store speed by over 15 seconds causing a massive amount of customer drop off and directly affecting our sales. Just by a quick Google Speed Insight, the loading time of the images alone was over 10 seconds. Honestly shocking as most customers would leave a site by that time. I have reached out to their customer support with hopes they will sort this bug. If they provide...

The app's admin and setup time is awesome. In terms of performance, it's highly questionable. It appears that you get better performance on a paid plan. For now, I'll search for other apps and perhaps in parallel find a developer that can lazy load their application.
