Not a tech nerd? No problem. This app is extremely user friendly and you can set it up in very little time. It has saved us hours of time because we no longer have to reach out to the customer about custom details — they simply enter the info through the data option sets created by this app. If you offer custom items, this app is a must-have. Very pleased and I’ve had the app for 6 years now an...

UPDATE 9/21/2026: WARNING: DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. THEY WILL LOSE YOU MONEY AND AN INSANE AMOUNT OF EMPLOYEE HOURS/MONEY FIXING THE ISSUE. Their app is super buggy and works half the time, causing issues with customers thinking they are getting product for a much lower price and us having to contact the customer to talk to them. AVOID UNTIL THIS IS FIXED. WILL UPDATE REVIEW ONCE I HEAR BACK. THI...

Your support was not able to solve the issue, even after a week and despite clear instructions. I coded the solution myself in half an hour and got everything working. The app itself is worth 3 stars, but the poor support lowers my review to 1 star.
