KartDiscount: 25+ Features

★★★★★

This is without a doubt THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! Kevin (the developer) went way above the normal standards of service provided by most apps, or any business for that matter. Kevin basically re-coded the app for me, so it worked with our other third-party apps and our third party checkout, this is something I've bee trying to pay independent developers to do for months, no...

This app is the best! Discounts on slide cart drawer and cart pages that work and look seamless. The support is phenomenal, thank you Lichi Patel & developers for the prompt service. From morning to late evening Australian time , they REALLY helped me out. Thank you team.

★★★★★

the dev team can make any customization you want (the have sometimes a fee of about 20$ for hard stuff). The app seems great.

★★★★★

The app works great and solves some of Shopify's important shortcomings. The customer support is absolute stelar. They went above and beyond with me to solve issues that, as I found out, were not even related to their app. A five star team! Great support!

★★★★★

I am very excited about the app and the support. Whenever I needed support (functionality or design), the support was fast, friendly and very helpful. Whoever wants to increase their sales with a coupon on cart feature, this is the place to be.

★★★★★

App works great and support is super helpful. They helped us customize the design as we pleased and it truly looks native on our theme now. Functionality is great as well. Best app for stacking discounts / having discount codes in the cart!

★★★★★

Very unprofessional team. They keep scheduling meetings that they do not join. Support is super bad do not go for this app. There were 2 meetings scheduled at different timings and their team did not join it only to say that there was some issue with Zoho on 2 seperate days apart.

**update after 1 month** still waiting for the refund of the double charge. after installing, encountered payment issues as they require me to make separate payment to get the stack discount feature. after payment, it was still not accessible to my account and they say payment was not captured. payment was deducted from my bank 2 times. hopefully I can get my refund for the double charge. was told...

Prices in the app are higher than listed in the store or on their webpage. Once you install, the prices are $8.90, $13.90, and $18.90. Bait and switch.

★★★★★

Charged $28 for "one time setup", and the app actually did not work as intended. Super bad experience overall.

★★★★★

No one responding! second tried to contact them. No one is responding. very much disappointed. Negatively impacting google pagespeed insights score.

★★★★★

Great app however help desk is horrible ! No one seems to reply ever. Stuck with the same issues again and again and none of the « help desk » way to reach seems to work

★★★★★

The installation process is a nightmare and the customer service is horrible. After we paid $28 for the stack discount feature, it did not even work properly and the customer service team did not respond to our support request in a timely fashion so we ended up having to install another app. They claim to be available via chat 24/7, but that is not the case. Do not bother downloading this app. It...

Needs the highest level + $28 to apply multiple discounts. Ridiculous! One extra star for near-instant customer service. EDIT: In reply to the developer's reply below: If you want to be able to apply multiple discounts in one purchase, then yes, you *do* need to choose the highest tier. Also, the amount of email I've had from the developer since uninstalling is enough to have me look for the block...
