DropCommerce: US Dropshipping

signed up under the trail… everything sucks super high prices so i canceled and didn’t go through with it the same day. Yet now I have a bill of $55 dollars with them and no way to contact support to have it removed. Shopify also will NOT HELP! Stay away at all cost!

I downloaded this app, and before I even started using it, it began deducting money from my credit card. I've never used such a terrible app. My order hasn't shipped in ages. It's been over ten days, and they still haven't shipped it. Every time they say "ship today," but nothing happens. I contacted customer service, but they're completely useless; their replies are either inexplicably delayed or they just disappear, leaving me to keep waiting. It's awful!!

I'm speechless. Customer service keeps asking the same questions. They can't even solve these basic problems like actual stock shortages and no updates on logistics information. This is the worst dropshipping platform I've ever used.

Orders are constantly out of stock, and even when they are shipped, the tracking information isn't updated until I keep inquiring. Customer service is also frequently unresponsive, and they don't offer any solutions when they send the wrong order. I'm extremely disappointed.
