I Wish there was a way to choose different shipping options in the app when placing the order. I see on the website that there are 3 options available. So when a customer requests to have their order expedited I order directly on the website and skip the order on this App.

I updated my review from 1 star to 5 stars because I had a problem that the app did not update stock in our store though the settings were all correct. However, after I contacted support by email ([email protected] ) they were so helpful, very responsive and they fixed the issue

I am new to dear lover and have had about 4 orders through them. My service agent is Emma, and she does not ever understand my questions or answers them clearly. Furthermore, I was charged twice for the same order yesterday. Today, I paid for an order, and it reflects as paid, but it still sends emails and says it needs payment before fulfillment. I wish they had a live chat, or customer service...

Do you have a cheaper option for shipping? $28 shipping is too expensive each time a customer orders an item. Customers don't want to pay that much shipping on an item

This app is terrible. I reached out for help and got a response once. But now I got two orders waiting, and I cant get ahold of anybody to help. The customer service does not exist. Nice clothes, but this app is a nightmare.

Most of their products become out of stock within days you can't depend on them as stable source of the business. You make a hard work in importing products and SEO stuff, then suddenly they are out of stock. Last thing, I got complaints from customers that the products have thin material and not as showing in the pix.

Was receiving an error message at check out “can not deliver to this address”.wrote to support and never heard back from them so I deleted the app.
