This app does exactly what I need it to do! We use a separate POS in our store on are too busy on the weekends to scan items in Shopify so on Mondays I manually add all the orders from the weekends and back date them. I attempted to amend a customers Billing address at the customers request. This then duplicated the customers order and charged them again! I requested help from support but did not receive a response. Pretty useless app and makes a complete mess of your orders. The interface is hard to navigate too

When I backdate an order it makes a second order with the desired date and if the customer paid already then I have to go to Shopify admin and reach out to tech support for assistance to properly delete the order i no longer need. I am unable to backdate my orders and I am unable to edit my billing address! I saw that a purchase of the more expensive plan is required to actually see any backdate orders.

Starter plan does not allow to backdate orders without the billing address and you are unable to edit the billing address without the more expensive plan. So unless I pay for the more expensive plan without the free trial, I'm unable to even see if the app works. Very sneaky.
