ExOrders - Return & Exchange lets you automate and customize your return and exchange procedures. It builds the trust of your customers by allowing them to return/exchange the entire order or a few products from it. All they’ll need to do is to log in with their order number and email or contact number.Upon receiving the request, you can approve or reject it. A custom email notification will be sent to your customers every time you change the request status, which will keep them updated. Reeds enkele dagen nu aan t wachten op een antwoord/oplossing. Ook al is de app gratis, lijkt me niet de bedoeling dat je dagen moet wachten voordat er hulp geboden word ...
