BEWARE: we have two stores on Feefo and they will hold your reviews hostage. We went to move providers, and they refuse to allow us to export reviews (over 200k reviews), they slip it in the contract that they own your reviews. So unless you want them to own your data and you to be stuck with them for life, choose a different provider. No one else in the industry does these, these guys are bad...

This application is broken and only sends reviews to around 10-15% of our valid customers. We have a 4 month old ticket open with Feefo and they appear to not have the technical nous to fix the issue. We will have to move providers. FYI anyone reading from Feefo, ticket 719016.

I'm an existing FeeFo customer with a Premium Plan and this App won't install. If I could give it zero stars I would. Abysmal. I've contact support and they've sent me a word document with complex instructions for creating my own integration app!!!!!! Abysmal.

AND it says "for no monthly fee" I just added it and it says I have 31 days left on the trial. LIES and fraudulent. AND when you click to extend it wont even tell you a price.
