Fera has been a great addition to my Shopify store. Any issue I have had I have either chatted or emailed with them and they answer right away - yes with real people. The new price change of orders limit in the store is really unjust specially for old customers - who have good data populated with this app, Not Recommended for long term users as they keep increasing pricing +100% and you will regret once you have populated your data with them.
