We have used this app for about 10 years now for our software publishing company and have been extremely pleased with the function & support of this product. Very highly recommended. Updated 5/25/26 - We continue to use FetchApp and continue to receive quality support as our needs grow and expand. Very happy with them. Updating as I did not see any newer reviews come in.

We've been using FetchApp for a long time and we've had no issues. It's incredibly easy to manager and add new products. You also get total control of setting the number of times a product can be downloaded, cancel orders or resend orders. I'd happily recommend it!

I'm just in shock! I have been using this app for 3 months without any problems. But yesterday, emails to my customers just stopped being sent. And I can't log in to the app. FetchApp writes that my store does not exist. I'm terrified, my customers are waiting for their order! I sent about 5 messages to tech support and they are silent!
