FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder

I created a Form literally in 10 minutes and it works.

It was actually just easy to put together and it doesn't look bad. Mad I didn't find this sooner. Wanna see what else I can make with this form builder.

to me the app is simple and easy to use. if there is any problem help is always there, very convenient. and it solves the problem of intergration with some other apps - ie with me google sheet and shopify. i am at the beginning stage so will update further. tho there are some glitches, im sure it will be solved soon.

I love how my form looks and I was able to customize it exactly how I wanted. I had a little trouble getting it to embed but I reached out to customer service and they responded right away with detailed step by step instructions. I'm very happy.
