Jason, Malcom, and the entire FC team have been incredible. Great communication & their application is ideal, easy to use and syncs perfectly with Shopify.

Our experience with Freight Club has been nothing short of excellent. From day one, their team has been responsive, proactive, and easy to work with. Any time we’ve had a question or needed support, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. They’ve made the shipping side of our operations far more efficient, and we genuinely value the relationship we’ve built with them.

Very easy to use and sync with Shopify! Support is great as well, quick to respond and always determined to find out a solution.

Freight club is the most seamless LTL Freight Shipping app we have used. I am very thankful I found these guys and didnt have to recreate every order manually through some freight forwarder everytime I need to ship an order.

Zero customer support. A carrier charged me almost $1,000 in overages. Freight Club can’t seem to explain exactly why I was charged this and doesn’t seem to have any well procedures for handling overages/refunds. Freight Club has the best product out there for shipping LTL and has thoroughly built out a scalable product that integrates with Shopify. Mad that I didn't find them sooner but happy that we've finally arrived at a great solution to tackle our challenges and provide our customers with a value add-on. Also, the customer support and dedicated account managers are amazing!

Freight Club was a one stop solution for adding in LTL shipping and creating shipping profiles for our company website sales. Our customer service rep Isaac went above and beyond by helping us get setup and having everything run as smoothly as possible. All in all a great addition to our online shop!
