— Coppini Arte Olearia

We had a great experience both with the app and the support team.

— BLP Beauty

Great customer service, I actually hadnt read the instruction but they wen ahead and did everything for me. Really pleased

— Gravity Fitness Equipment

The app works well, it's not so intuitive but they have a wonderful support team that will help you immediately!

— BGS Products & Cosmetics - Beautifully Conscious

La app funciona genial, realmente está recomendada ya que es una opción que ayuda a incrementar las ventas! Muy recomendada.

— HardPeach

We faced some logical problems when we downloaded the app but the customer support was amazing. They supported us immediately and helped us. 5 stars!!

— InaEssentials.UK

An excellent app from which we have been getting lots of benefits. But needs to be improved a bit: -needs to load faster in the cart so the free gift gets added in the checkout, takes 5 seconds to load, if customers click the checkout button right away it gets left off on the checkout page. -update the backend, images of the gift products are not showing.

— Jay Lenos Garage Australia

great support and help with our issues. app works fine although some things could be better. 5* for the staff

— DORA' JEWELS

I test the app and it's working well & the help support is very supportive, i have some problem related with the gift, but itsolved within minutes

— BLP.DEV

For our store, we often do promotions with a free item (like free X with all orders over $100...) so this app has been great! We ran into an issue recently where the gift wasn't appearing but Webkul support found the issue in our code and fixed it, so then it worked like a charm after that :)

— Apnée Santé

The Gift on Order app provided a relatively easy way for us to list samples on our ecommerce site. Some customizations were needed and development work, however the app developer was quick to communicate and make needed changes.

— Archipelago

The app helped me increase the average order and make some customers really happy after getting a gift. Support team is also really quick and helpful.

— InaEssentials Ελλαδα

I never ended up using the app, so can't say anything about it. But they will start spamming you with emails, beware. No unsubscribe button either. You really deserve those 1 star reviews

— Heritage Type Co.

Same experience as the below negative reviews. I installed this app and did not feel confident at all with their guide requiring code edits, I uninstalled the app and have been bombarded ever since by an incessant amount of emails, I have emailed them multiple times to remove my details and no follow up. I am receiving the same infuriating email today for the 7th time in a row. Upon uninstalling t...

— Loveoutlet

If you install this app you'll be added to a mailing list that start as soon as you uninstall - No "unsubscribe" link on it. If I receive one more I'll report you guys

— CARRON PARIS

I spent hours upon installing because overall the system is great and what I was looking for, Just to find out upon finishing and testing it out, that you can only have one gift per purchase. and not several level gifts with each order amount milestone. Why would anyone want it like this?

— Aronia Vital

i install the app but my store got all messed up. Warning dont install it if you dont know what your doing with codes

— Firedepend

I feel harassed by their incessant emailing when I've already responded to the first ticket that I have already uninstalled the app!! But NO ONE responds to acknowledge that fact and continues to email me to see if I needed helped or have any questions about the app. I don't know HOW TO GET THEM TO STOP INVADING MY INBOX.

— esselleSF

App creates PRODUCTS automatically and they do not warn in App Documentation. It is not easy to use.

— San Saru

Bad, sloppy installation instructions. Don't bother.
