Update: On the off chance the support team could help me, I reached out to them to fix a bug I'd noticed due to the old Shopify menu still appearing briefly. Within minutes Helen had the whole thing sorted....

This is by far the best menu platform we've tried. Even the free version offers several outstanding features that outperform the other menu interfaces we've used. The customer support team is also incredibly responsive and efficient, always quick to help resolve any issues we encounter. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend it.
