The Spur It App works very well. The pop up option allows for email input on the product screen. Restock email comes up soon after the item is back in stock.

The UI can use some improvements. An option to import subscribers from a CSV file would be nice, but the overall very useful app and great customer service.

What anyone wants in an app is configurability. The developer does not have to worry about meeting your needs because whatever it is you want to change, you can easily change yourself. I contacted them today and Alexander sent me nice directions to make the changes so the Back in Stock app looks exactly as I want it. I cannot think of anything I would want to change. I use Back in Stock to create a waitlist for when my classes are full. At least one student always drops at the last minute; having a waitlist means I can easily fill that slot and not lose out on a sale. The support team is great: quick to reply and very accommodating.

This is an excellent app that does what it says and is relatively easy to set up. It is backed up by a fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable team of engineers and customer service staff who really put the customer first and they go above and beyond to help the customer with fast, efficient service. I use other SpurIT apps too and find them to be similarly excellent. A+ rating from me!

We've been using this app for a few years now. It does what it claims without issue. The support has also been quite fast, we are happy with what we've paid for. 1 thing that we like to see improvements is that we can manage the notification for a customer and search for the customer instead of going through a lot of pages
