The Kite team was outstanding in helping us create multiple discounts and offers available in our cart. Their team was incredibly responsive and helped with creation and testing. When a Free Gift with Purchase offer wasn't performing as it should, they helped us trouble shoot and solve the problem within minutes. Highly recommend!

The team are proactive with help and always come to a solution. I do wish there were more options to exclude vendor and categories from promotions instead of only having inclusions.

Its been a delight to work with this app, the costumer services is perfect and they respond really quickly, mostly Janet is very considerate, absolutely love the service and it allows a lot of costumization!

The best support I've had from an app on Shopify, and we aren't even a paying member yet. We wanted to change the behaviour of the app which I didn't know how to do. They very kindly changed it for me. We will definitely continue to use this app with service like that.
