Same issue as Glitterhound. Installed the app, upgraded to subscription...got some help initially, seems good, but now I'm having trouble actually posting to social media. It's been a week since I last emailed for support. I want to love it.... Update a week later. The free plan doesn't include Etsy reviews, only Facebook reviews. The price is way too steep (£19.99/month) for only importing reviews.

Consider the very first marketplace in the name of the app is Etsy, you would think that you would be able to import Etsy reviews. Instead the only free 'marketplace' you can import reviews from is Facebook. Hardly a marketplace that any business really collects reviews from. To get access to marketplaces you have to pay a ridiculous $19.99 a month. Completely ridiculous.

Most of features are only available on the paid plan. I asked the CS whether I can get some free trial of the paid plan before making the decision to subscribe to the plan, but they didn't offer me either any free trial or alternatives to get information about features that I wanted to know.
