When the product did not work correctly, I reached out to support. Several times. They seemed unable to provide additional help in a timely manner, or (thus far) at all. Installed Mirror for our store, faced setup issues. Reached out for help; support responded but couldn't resolve problems. Asked for additional assistance, quoted $3000 for onboarding – unrealistic. Sadly, uninstalled app, looking for alternatives for our jewelry store. Better support pricing could have made a difference.
