We switched to Pabloo after trying a few different loyalty solutions, and it has been a huge upgrade. Instead of giving customers points they forget about, Pabloo lets us reward them with real store credit they can actually spend. Adoption has been excellent because customers immediately understand the value. The support team has been responsive.

Customer simplicity. They can see their available credit clearly and redeem it instantly at checkout without dealing with confusing points or coupon codes. The native store credit system feels much more intuitive than points-based loyalty programs. I see how we can use this app instead of giving cash refunds since it all ties into the same system.

I have two criticisms, and they’re worth noting. First, the batch credit expiration setup is buried under "Advanced Settings," which took me 10 minutes to locate. We started with a fresh slate with this app. The shopify flow integration makes it easy to direct workflows to the Pabloo app and issue store credit. I feel like the app is laid out nicely, for example the dashboard links to parts of the app that manage that metric, I find that pretty clever.

I was able to get up and running with this app in about 15 minutes. The descriptions make it easier to use and follow through. I like how the app all connects together into store credit. I plan to set up the Shopify flows so I'm happy to see that offered here. Overall, helpful app. Thanks!

Pabloo makes it super easy to handle store credit. I love that we can use store credit, gift cards, and cash back all together. It connected with our other apps without any trouble, and it’s made refunds and running sales much simpler. The cash back tool is very interesting, it's our first time using it yet I'm already seeing the results. This tool is the best.

The team is great. Sandra & Emad are very helpful when i spoke with them. I didn't know too much about store credit however i was able to quickly get up and running in no time. I can easily transfer refunds with store credit which is a lot better than a direct refund and helps with balancing the books. this apps is very help ful.
