Very easy to set up, and support is active. It does seem to take ages to get to the customer internationally though. We have some orders that take about a month and then we can't file a claim because it eventually shows up.

The integration messed up the product pricing in my store somehow and was charging customers less based on location. Myself and Shopify reps could not get ahold of anyone from this company to help with the situation. After 3 weeks of no help or response from multiple attempts, I deleted the app and won't be back.

I followed all of the steps to enable DDP international shipping per their setup guide, but it isn't working at all, and I cannot get ahold of anyone at Passport App to assist. Passport makes international shipping possible for brands who aren't otherwise ready to expand in that direction. The shipping speeds are not the fastest (hence the 1 star knockdown), but that's really what makes the service affordable.
