Merchants often struggle to display real-time pricing for products sold by volume, length, weight, or decimal quantity. That’s where Custom Price Calculator helps, allowing you to add a measurement price calculator to display prices based on custom formulas automatically. By using basic formulas (e.g, length x width), you can show per-unit cost based on the user's input value. For each rule, you can set alternative conditions that are applied when the user input satisfies the specific criteria. We have had problems with this app from the very beginning. The app changes product prices globally every time a customer uses the calculator, creates Shopify variants automatically, activates inventory with 1 item in stock even though we do not use stock, and permanently alters the m² price so the next customer sees an extremely high and incorrect price.
