Customer Service Never responds! Customers can't check out AGAIN on our store and Shopify has identified a function error associated with this app. Despite repeatedly reaching out for urgent assistant, we have no meaningful response from PC support team. The lack of support is unacceptable. Customer service is essential when customers need to check out. Loosing money by the hour.

Not working if you already have option in shopify. You cannot add a simple checkbox+upsell applying to every option price. +Ugly it mades my premium theme "clunky" + cannot setup a dynamic picture when you hit the box.

02.10.25 I uninstalled the app due to it not being so easy and a few issues with a few missing textboxes - after uninstalling, over an hour ago, the textboxes are still on my website -please remove them asap.
