The Razorpay Affordability Widget helped us by displaying EMI options which helped customers view all the EMI options on the product page itself, although we have run into some issues, their product team esp. Shravani was helpful and responsive to navigate us through them!

As the other reviews have stated, the button does not appear even after adding it to the product page. Update: The Razorpay team contacted me and resolved my issue and the app seems to be working fine, would recommend it.

Very disappointed – such a big company like Razorpay, but the Shopify integration/app is not working properly. Even though my account status is activated and EMI is enabled in dashboard, the EMI option is not showing on checkout or product page. I followed the documentation and tried multiple times, but still no result. Please fix this issue urgently – this is creating a bad customer experience.
