Add a terms and conditions checkbox to the cart page, so customers will be required to tick it before proceeding to checkout. No chat support, forced to make an account to get support. Adds a very intrusive pop up and does onto add a simple checkbox to the cart page. We liked the options it has but this will not help us as a popup on cart is instant conversion killer. Would have love to get it to work but support is unreachable unless you give them data.
