Sendlane has been great to work with. We switched over from Klaviyo and not only is Sendlane half the price the customer service is also 10 times better. They are still a relatively new e-mail marketing service so there are some hiccups here and there but the team is fast to fix them. They take your feedback seriously and work with you to fix issues. App doesn't track metrics correctly. The beacon fails regularly and customer service is no help. The reporting dashboard is basically worthless as its not reporting metrics correctly on the sends. I can see on my pixel orders from Sendlane email referrers, but dashboard in Sendlane says $0 in revenue.

Very poor support, we just started to work with app and information given us by support and product support manager was different. F.e. once you have account with your email, its not possible to get user role for other account (even if the previous account was deleted).
