Terrible! When you try to delete some contacts so you don't have to increase your subscription strangely the page always reloads making it impossible for me to delete contacts from the subscription plan, basically forcing you to increase your subscription even if you don't need it or have to switch apps!

Unfortunately I am not satisfied. I do not use the Shopify mailing list but have uploaded my own mailing list. This is possible without any problems, as Sendvio support confirmed before installing the app. I would like to edit this list from time to time. In other words, I want to be able to download it again from Sendvio, e.g. to manually unsubscribe a recipient. This shouldn't be a problem tech...

The app its self works great. However support is shocking, i have reached out on 4 separate occasions as they banned my account without any justification or way to restore it. I have heard nothing on any occasion and cannot get my account reinstated. I've now had to change apps due to their incredibly poor customer service.

I had called for support and they called me back but the assistant was explaining how the program works in a rush because she only had 15 minutes assign to me. The email system needs some settings if you want it branded which she did not took her time to tell me how to set it instead she told instructions are posted. The preset templates...

The app is really bad, I didn't find the automation of the ABANDONED cart, however I sought help from the support team but they didn't even look at my problem, I sent two emails complaining about my problem but instead of solving it, they were asking me what problem I was having. It's so bad.
