While the concept of this app is noble, lately my shop has been receiving an influx of fraudulent 50 cent transactions using the Planet app item as the sole item purchased. Luckily we delay capture on the charges and are able to cancel these orders using a Flow automation. But it creates a lot of clutter in the order list. Worked great. Then bots kept ordering the carbon offset. We even changed our code so orders couldn't be made under $5. Shopify's solution was to get a bot protection app. The other carbon offset app we had didn't need this, so we will be going back to that app.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!! I use many apps on my shopify store and this one was hands down the WORST! It charged my customers .50 cents over and over again without their consent. There is no support or a way to download results. Just a dash board with an image. Even when contacting shopify support they had no idea how to get the data to me. I will be moving to a better hosted site like green spark.

This program is terrible. I was looking for something that would help us showcase our work. They expect you to pay $300.00 a month to be carbon-neutral. Response: Their response is misleading.
