This app is terrible — a wasted $30. I’m honestly disappointed. There’s no trial period, so you have to pay $30 just to see whether it even fits your needs. My money was completely wasted. The whole logic of the app makes no sense. You even need approval just to use translation. It’s really bad. Don’t install it or waste your time.

Support is non-existent. Have been trying to reach out using their Zendesk support ticketing system. Submitted two tickets in the past week and was advised approx 24 hour response. Currently I am still yet to hear back and will likely be discontinuing use of SweepWidget once our campaigns have ended.

Your trial membership will turn into months of them charging your card and refusing to stop bascally just stealing you can try to reach customer service but they will not respond and keep charging you card so will need to contact the bbb

I did a giveaway with them, and they were blocked from downloading emails, and now they've blocked my account. Can you respond to the emails I sent you? Or send me the list of people who registered for the giveaway? Because I need to pick a winner.
